Yes, we ship Overpower rigs to the US and Canada. Unfortunately though, the shipping cost is a bit high as we ship currently directly from our factory located in the Arctic Circle, Rovaniemi, Finland. We are working on a solution to get Overpower rigs to be distributed in the US, but we do not have an estimated timeline for efficient logistics and warehouse solution to the continent.
Yes, OP Pedal Rack Pro can be fitted for a standard aluminum extrusion rig. The only precise measure we would need is the inner width of the aluminum rig, which after we can cut the cross profiles to a specific measure for you. We have few customers done this modification, and with adding the OP Electric Pedal Adjuster it improves the rig adjustability significantly.
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a versatile and durable decorative surface material that is widely used in a variety of applications, from countertops and kitchen cabinets to furniture and wall paneling. Manufactured through a multi-step process that involves the application of heat and pressure, HPL is known for its durability, resistance to wear and tear, and ease of maintenance. The core of HPL is made up of layers of kraft paper, a type of strong, heavy paper. These layers are impregnated with phenolic resin, then topped with a decorative paper layer that has been soaked in melamine resin. The stack is then subjected to high pressures and temperatures. This process causes the resins to cure, creating a solid, dense sheet. The result is a material that is not only aesthetically versatile, offering a wide range of colors, patterns, and textures, but also exceptionally resistant to scratches, impact, and moisture. Due to these properties, HPL is an ideal choice for both commercial and residential environments that demand high performance and longevity from their surfaces. Whether it's in a busy kitchen, a high-traffic office space, or a public area prone to wear and tear, HPL offers an effective solution that combines functionality with design flexibility. Its ability to mimic the appearance of wood, stone, or other textures, while offering benefits that surpass those of natural materials, has made it a popular choice in interior design and architecture. And we are the first ones in the simulator market to utilize all the benefits of the HPL to create outstanding and high-performing sim racing rigs!
